Hi! I just recently created my first survey, entered the results, and created my first report. At the top of the report is a field that can’t be customized (Survey Work). In the tutorial, I believe it said this was automatically generated depending on what type of survey was selected, in this case “Events/Programs”. The text under survey work says, “Kent Library staff distributed surveys to program participants to collect data and insights about how their early childhood literacy services and programs support user needs.” The program we were assessing had nothing to do with early childhood literacy services and programs. Am I missing something? Please help. Thanks - Leah
Thanks for reporting this. This is an error - a holdover from the public library version of the toolkit. I’ve reported it to our web developers for correction.
