All of our data seems to be missing.
We’ve been using this for 2+ years and, seemingly overnight, we can’t pull data for any reports. It’s just gone. We keep getting the following message “Error retrieving system response aggregation data. Please refresh the page and try again.”
I have a similar issue. A survey shows 15 responses but the quick report says “No Data”.
Please advise how to find the data.
I am also having the same issue. I thought it is not just me.
